I just want to ask Senator Barney Frank from the Banking Committee how come Chase JP Morgan doesn’t pass the lower rates to its customers like me after the good rate they’re getting from the Fed?

I have been giving them over 1500 dollars in interest alone for 5 years and now I am at their mercy and starting the first of next year I'll be paying an extra 250 dollars more even though Libor is below 3%?
