Our lecture this week is presented by the Boston University College of Arts and Sciences African American Studies Program.  Speaking is civil rights historian, Philip Dray.  His lecture is titled “Capitol Men: The Epic Story of Reconstruction through the Lives of the First Black Congressmen.”
